HYPNOSIS FOR POSITIVE CHANGE
My name is Sara and I offer solution focused techniques to help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible. From identifying and eradicating unwanted negative patterns of thinking and/or behaviour, to creating new positive and beneficial patterns which will result in a happier and more balanced you, we will work together to create the positive changes.
The goal of Hypnosis is to create change at the subconscious level, which means bypassing the conscious mind to enable effective and lasting deep change easily.
Hypnosis is a completely natural state - we all go in and out of hypnosis many times each day - when day dreaming or absorption in a hobby for example. In a therapeutic context, we can use this state to create the changes you want.
I also offer EMDR therapy - a very powerful and rapid psychotherapeutic method to resolve negative thoughts, emotions and memories to enable you to feel at peace and free from stuck behaviours and feelings.
All sessions are now online via Zoom or other method of your choice.
